Lora is passionate about providing a safe place to women where grace, empathy, acceptance, and truth are offered. With her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology combined with years of life experience as a wife, mom, and mentor, Lora guides women to develop self-awareness and self-compassion as they discover their beauty and their worth. She hopes that each woman will find a deeper sense of purpose through authentic and meaningful connections in the midst of imperfection.

Lora earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton Graduate School and was in private practice for seven years. With the birth of their fourth child, Lora became a full-time mom for the next 18 years. During that time, she was involved in the lives of other moms and women through close friendships, facilitating small groups, and mentoring relationships. Going back to work in 2010, Lora began providing coaching for women and for premarital couples bringing her education, experience, and expertise to those areas.

She desires to help women find freedom from lies and shame while guiding women to develop self-compassion and self-acceptance as they discover the essence of who they are. She hopes that each woman will find a deeper sense of purpose through authentic and meaningful connections in the midst of imperfection.
Lora and her husband, Jeff, make their home in Franklin, Tennessee and are parents of four adult children, three daughters-in-law and seven grandchildren. Lora and Jeff frequently speak together on topics related to marriage, parenting and the Enneagram. Together, they have co-authored several books including The 50 Fridays Marriage Challenge.
